The Compass Mentorship program is a peer-to-peer mentorship program run by the Compass Committee (a branch within the Academic Functions portfolio). Year 1 MPP students are paired with participating Year 2 student mentors. Mentors welcome students to the program, act as resources for important information, and are the go-to person for their mentees' questions about graduate school, upcoming summer internships, and the MPP program as a whole.
The MPPSA hosts Compass events throughout the school year, which are part of building a strong and positive MPP community.
